Go into the topic you wish to post to, goto the bottom of the page, and click on the "Post Reply" button. It should be right next to the button for creating a new thread. Welcome, BTW! I would recommend your first (second) post be in the Introductions thread.

Like Sabasious said. There are two 'buttons' at the top left and bottom left of every page. Clicking "New Topic" will start a new topic thread in that forum. If you're looking at an already existent thread, you'll also see a "Post Reply" button. Clicking it will pull up the reply field.

Also, if you want to reply to a specific post in a thread, there is the "Quote" button at the top right of each post. Clicking that puts the post you are replying to inside of "quote tags". Then you type your reply beneath the closing quote tag [ /quote ] NOTE, however, that since the default font color for a quote is BLACK, you won't see the quoted text against the black back ground UNLESS you give it a color. That's a bit more complicated. If you select the text you want to color with your mouse and then click on the white button with little colored squares in it (top right formatting button) it will give you color options. Select the color you want and it will put the color tags around the selected text. Then type your reply below the closing quote tag and click "Preview" or "Send."

Welcome to the forum!
