General Community Guidelines

With the appearance of the chat box, there seems to have been an increase in the number of incidences between individuals on the site.
I'm not going to speak for anyone else, but its disappointing to me that actions are being taken by some individuals to create tension and drama on this site.

Consider these SUGGESTIONS on how to alleviate any possible tension.

Deal with it in private. If you have an issue with one of the other members, please feel free to use the private messaging system innate to the site to PRIVATELY explain what is bothering you. It may be something that is bothering you that the other person doesn't even realize is an annoyance to you. Let them know in a respectful manner and take steps to deal with things between the two of you.

If you believe the issue to be one that cannot or will not be resolved through private communication, please don't hesitate to contact either myself or Kell about the issue, and appropriate measures will be taken, if deemed necessary.

What is NOT required is to turn disagreements and annoyances and make them become issues that everyone hears about has to take sides in. We're all friends here, lets try and keep it that way by showing some respect to each other, yes?
