I don't think I'd mind. I mean, so many people are finding people on the internet now, and it really does expand the pool of people who you might meet. Besides, is it really any less classy or acceptable than it is to say you met someone at the bar?

A question for those of you actually in relationships. How do you introduce your significant other to people? Like at work or in environments where they're not organically supposed to be there except to see you. How does that work for you, and does it change based on where you are in the relationship?

anyway, to revive this topic, i have my very first date this saturday i KNOW youre all surprised, thinking "but he's kell! how could he have NOT have had a date up until now? he's such a catch!" but yes, it's true. whlie i actually seem to be the one my friends go to when they have relationship problems & questions, i myself have not been on a date.

it's a movie (taken 2) & then back to his school, but still lol

You never told all of us about how the date went.

oh right. it was all right i guess lol. we saw taken 2 (which i recommend btw). i paid for the smoothies we got before we got before we went to the theater & i also paid for the tickets & movie snacks lol. he felt bad afterwards about it cuz he apparently had wanted to treat ME & he kept apologizing so much i just said if it makes u feel better, u can pay next time haha

after the movie, our original plans were gonna be to go back to his house since his dad was away for the weekend at his girlfriends house, so we could be naughty. but the snack foods just gave me an upset stomach & i wasnt really up for the long ride back to his town, nor was i up for going to a party later that night that he invited me too. so we decided, very informally, that we'd wait til another date that we could go back to his place, & with that, he dropped me off back at my school.
