well i did. it was a little different from your usual writing style... but idk. i hope henry is straight outs TAC. but the beginning of the chapter doesnt suggest anything like that, so there goes my thought. as for the story itself, its cool that you are not going too deep into the past...

I am curious about the henry character, he could be not mentioned again but why not have him join the story. Perhaps he could have spied on them making love, or they could talk to him again and find out he is gay. Perhaps he could have a boyfriend himself.

As E said, this was different from your usual writing style. I thought it was pretty cool to bring the characters back to where it all began for Travis, and sharing that with Connor.

wow! it was really nice balance between happy and... sad i guess, but idk. i guess its sad coz he was travis' best friend and he must've expected him to accept him being gay.... or... maybe he also had a crush on travis and was too scared to come out to him and when he moved out it was too late and now is pissed because some "city boy" has taken him... maybe...

Loving the realistic style that you write in even more nowadays. This chapter was FANTASTIC! Seriously, I actually had tears in my eyes, and that doesn't... well, OK, it's not that uncommon, but still, besides Comsie there have only been like 10 gay stories I've ever read that have done that to me, out of at least 1000.
The development of Travis' backstory is very interesting, seeing the kind of friends he had before coming into Connor's hometown gives some idea of the journey that he's gone through as a character - not just physically, but in terms of changing and maturing. Both of these are very mature characters, with very adult responses and problems to deal with, which is something that isn't so prevalent in your other stories. Keep up the great work!
