it's still considered law, this just means the government won't defend it in court, which means court challenges to the law (possibly leading to repeal) will go through more easily

It's exciting to see the political process being played out. People all over the world are rising up and demanding a better life for themselves and their families, and this time they're willing to fight and die for it. It's kind of inspiring.

well, for a long time, theres been evidence that COULD suggest some ancient city-like places that have been found were possibly atlantis. most people think that if there WAS an atlantis, itd be where spain is today. now, they found some more stuff.

If they want to take away my right to marry, they are certainly within their rights to try. I'm a big man, I can take the slings and arrows and hate, and dish out my fair share. I have a much larger problem with the homophobes trying to justify that they can spread their anger and hate to children, and that it's justifiable in any means.
